Project Manager

Your new companyOur client is a nationally recognized commercial construction firm with more than four decades of experience delivering complex industrial and commercial projects across the United States. With a strong presence throughout the Northeast, they specialize in sectors including warehousing and distribution, manufacturing, cold storage, food processing, life sciences, e-commerce, and data centers. Your new roleAs a Project Manager, you'll take ownership of industrial and commercial construction projects, ensuring successful delivery while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.



Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing project schedules, budgets, logistics, forecasting, and overall execution
  • Leading pre-construction efforts and coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams
  • Overseeing subcontractor buyout, contract administration, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Monitoring financial performance, cost-to-complete reporting, pay applications, and cash flow
  • Leading client meetings and serving as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
  • Promoting safety, quality, and operational excellence on every project
  • Mentoring Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers while helping drive project successYou'll have the opportunity to manage high-profile ground-up industrial and commercial projects ranging from approximately $20M to $120M in value across a variety of growing market sectors.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
  • 5+ years of project management experience within commercial or industrial construction
  • Experience delivering ground-up projects within industrial, warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, cold storage, life sciences, or data center environments
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, drawings, specifications, scheduling, and budgeting
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships
  • Proficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Project, CMiC, and Bluebeam
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to work from the Baltimore office with occasional site visits throughout the regionWhat you'll get in return
