Job Description The responsibilities of a
Project Executive:
Lead higher education construction projects from preconstruction through completion Oversee project teams, schedules, budgets, and overall project execution Maintain strong client relationships and ensure exceptional client satisfaction Drive project profitability while managing risk and quality standards Coordinate with operations, preconstruction, design teams, and field leadership Monitor project performance and proactively resolve challenges Mentor and develop project management staff Collaborate with executive leadership on project strategy and resource planning Ensure compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and contractual obligations Support business growth through excellent project delivery and client retention MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Executive should have: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field 10-12+ years of commercial construction experience General Contractor experience required Experience leading higher education projects from start to finish Proven experience managing projects exceeding $30 million Demonstrated track record of delivering profitable projects and maintaining client satisfaction Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Procore, and Bluebeam Working knowledge of Primavera scheduling and BIM processes Strong Senior Project Managers with relevant project experience will also be considered What's on Offer Competitive salary up to 190k $1,100/month vehicle allowance Three medical plan options Two dental plan options Vision coverage FSA and HSA plans 401(k) with a 50% company match on up to 6% of employee contributions Dependent Care Account Company-paid short-term and long-term disability insurance Company-paid life insurance Paid parking On-site fitness facility 3 weeks of PTO Paid company holidays Company-sponsored events, team outings, and employee appreciation activities
