Job Description The Project Manager/Senior Project Manager will: Support the successful delivery of multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously. Coordinate project activities across various stages of planning, execution, and closeout. Assist project teams with scheduling, documentation, communication, and project tracking. Collaborate with leadership, field teams, subcontractors, and clients to maintain project progress. Monitor project details to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with requirements. Contribute to projects including restaurants, hotel renovations, amenity spaces, lobbies, hospital kitchens, and commercial kitchens. Help manage project timelines that typically range from 3 to 6 months. Maintain organized project records and support reporting needs throughout the project lifecycle. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager/Senior Project Manager should have: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage responsibilities across multiple active projects. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment.
