Job Description Key Responsibilities Manage commercial interior construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Coordinate project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, vendors, and client communications. Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, typically ranging from 3 to 6 months in duration. Track project progress and proactively identify solutions to scheduling or operational challenges. Review project documentation, contracts, drawings, specifications, and change orders for accuracy. Partner closely with field staff to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and trade partners. Monitor project financials, including forecasting, cost control, billing, and reporting. Ensure exceptional quality standards, particularly on projects featuring high-end finishes and complex interior buildouts. Support a collaborative team environment while contributing to continuous process improvement. The Successful Applicant Requirements to Apply Experience managing commercial construction projects, preferably within interior construction, tenant improvements, hospitality, healthcare, restaurant, or corporate environments. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in different phases simultaneously. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams. Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and cost management. Ability to review construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation. Solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Proficient with construction management software and Microsoft Office applications. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
