Senior Project Manager Position Summary The Project Coordinator supports the day-to-day delivery of technical assistance and clinical operations activities. The Coordinator serves as the central point of contact between participating clients and subject matter advisors, ensuring that activities are well-organized, on schedule, and aligned with program goals. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who excels at managing multiple workstreams, facilitating communication across stakeholders, and keeping clinical operations initiatives moving forward. Key Responsibilities The primary responsibility of this role is to coordinate clinical operations activities between clients and advisors.
Specific duties include:
Serving as the primary liaison between participating clients and assigned advisors, scheduling and facilitating engagements and ensuring timely follow-through on action items. Coordinating the logistics of technical assistance activities, including meetings, calls, work sessions, and resource delivery. Tracking progress against project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and proactively flagging risks or delays to program leadership. Maintaining accurate records, documentation, and activity reports to support program monitoring, evaluation, and federal reporting requirements. Administering and maintaining content within a learning management system (LMS), including uploading materials, managing user access, and tracking participation and completion. Supporting communication and information flow among clients, advisors, and the internal project team. Preparing agendas, meeting summaries, and supporting materials for engagements. Assisting with the collection and organization of data needed for program reporting and quality improvement. Responding to client and advisor inquiries promptly and professionally. Performing other related project coordination duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree. Minimum of three (3) years of relevant professional experience in project coordination, program support, healthcare operations, or a related field. Experience working with learning management systems (LMS) for content administration, user management, or training delivery. Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with standard office and collaboration software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite, scheduling and project tracking tools). Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Experience working on federally funded programs or with federal agencies. Familiarity with health centers or clinical operations in a community health setting. Maryland-based or able to work in alignment with Eastern Time business hours. Work Environment This position requires on-site work. The Project Coordinator is expected to work from the designated office location in Maryland, with the possibility of occasional travel as needed to support program activities. Specific on-site schedule and any hybrid flexibility will be determined by program leadership.
