Job Description

We're currently seeking an experienced Senior Highway Project Manager to join our Transportation Business Line in the Baltimore area. This position offers a flexible work schedule—virtual or in-office—and the opportunity to lead meaningful infrastructure projects that make a lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and contribute to the design of highway, bridge, and traffic projects such as interstates, interchanges, traffic management systems, and ADA-compliant improvements. Prepare and review all project deliverables, including layouts, final plans, reports, specifications, and cost estimates. Supervise and mentor design engineers and technicians. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and oversee subconsultant performance. Maintain consistent, professional communication with clients and project stakeholders.What You'll Bring Education:
BSCE required; MSCE preferred.Licensure:
Professional Engineer (PE) registration required.Experience:
10+ years of progressive experience in highway design and project management. Experience with DOT and SHA project standards, specifications, and guidelines. Hands-on expertise with MicroStation (preferred), AutoCAD , or Civil 3D . Familiarity with roadway modeling software (InRoads, OpenRoads) and AASHTO policies. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Proven ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. Valid driver's license. Why Join Our Team?
