You will support Government program leadership with executive-level coordination - briefings, strategic sessions, task tracking, and communications - at the heart of the DoD's enterprise cloud program. Locations Arlington, VA (Crystal City); Fort Meade, MD; Chambersburg, PA (Letterkenny Army Depot); Ogden, UT (Hill AFB); or Oklahoma City, OK (Tinker AFB). On-site at a Government facility; limited local telework of unclassified work with Government approval. How You'll Make an Impact Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and informational packages for meetings, conferences, and strategic sessions. Coordinate schedule management and task tracking; report status on program office assignments to Government leadership. Support meeting/VTC logistics including minutes, invitations, attendee tracking, and A/V. Plan strategic sessions and offsites; support communications between the program and partner organizations. Maintain document repositories and perform technical writing, editing, and documentation review. What You'll Need to Join the Team Bachelor's degree + 5 years of experience, OR 9 years total in IT project management and administrative support for federal programs. Active Secret clearance (T3 investigation; interim acceptable at start). Meets DoD 8140 requirements for Work Role 802, IT Project Manager (Intermediate). What Sets You Apart Experience supporting flag/SES-level DoD leadership and executive correspondence. PMP or CAPM certification.
