This hands-on field leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced outdoor environment, enjoys managing crews and schedules, and takes pride in delivering high-quality projects and exceptional client service. Responsibilities Travel daily between active job sites in a company-provided truck Coordinate crews, scheduling, materials, and field logistics Monitor project progress, quality, and production timelines Read and interpret landscape plans and project specifications Coordinate deliveries, subcontractors, and inspections as needed Communicate with clients regarding project updates and expectations Attend project meetings and generate field reports Maintain safety compliance and company standards on all job sites Qualifications Valid driver's license required OSHA 30 preferred Landscape, construction, or project management experience preferred Knowledge of landscape installation, maintenance, irrigation, and plant materials Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and computer skills Ability to manage multiple projects independently Why Join Roche Landscaping Services?
