Senior Project Manager - Mission Critical Systems -
ResponsibilitiesManage multiple BAS, EPMS, and controls projects.
Lead project planning, budgets, schedules, and client communications.
Coordinate engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and commissioning teams.
Oversee procurement, change orders, project documentation, and reporting.
Support startup, testing, commissioning, and final turnover activities.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.5+ years of project management experience in controls, automation, power monitoring, or mission-critical facilities.
Data center or critical infrastructure experience strongly preferred.
PMP certification is a plus.
Strong knowledge of BAS, EPMS, SCADA, electrical systems, and project controls.
Compensation$130,000 - $170,000 base salary (DOE)Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) with company match.
TravelTravel to project sites as needed with occasional after-hours support during commissioning and critical project milestones.
