The Role:

What You'll Do Win the

Business:

Conduct in-home consultations, assess roof health (climbing ladders is a must), and close the deal.

Grow Your Territory:

Actively generate new business by engaging with homeowners surrounding your active job sites and cultivating a referral network. Lead the

Build:

You are on-site and hands-on. You'll review project details with our crews, ensure materials are delivered (sometimes bringing them yourself), and manage the project timeline. Be the

Point of Contact:

Serve as the primary liaison between the homeowner and the production team to ensure a 5-star experience. Who You Are The "Player-Coach": You aren't afraid to get your hands dirty. You're just as comfortable presenting in a living room as you are on a job site coordinating with a crew.
