Job Summary We are a subcontractor based in Gaithersburg, Maryland , specializing in drywall, metal framing, insulation, painting, and carpentry throughout the DMV region. We are seeking an experienced Interior Trades Project Manager with a strong background in drywall, metal framing, and insulation to manage multifamily projects from award through closeout. Responsibilities Manage multifamily interior trades projects from start to finish Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project schedules Manage submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, change orders, and project documentation Coordinate material orders, deliveries, manpower, and field activities Attend project meetings and site visits as required Monitor project costs, schedules, production, and quality Coordinate with General Contractors, Superintendents, Foremen, suppliers, and subcontractors Qualifications Minimum 3 years of commercial or multifamily interior trades experience Multifamily construction experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of On-Screen Takeoff & Quick-Bids Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
