full-time We are seeking a highly organized and driven Sr. Project Manager , specializing in corporate interiors and commercial construction projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about delivering high-quality work on time and within budget. You will support all phases of construction, from preconstruction through closeout. Key Responsibilities Manage daily project operations to ensure alignment with schedules, budgets, and client expectations. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain efficient project workflows. Utilize project management software such as Bluebeam, Prolog, Civil 3D, and HeavyBid to maintain accurate documentation and reporting. Interpret architectural drawings, MEP plans, and finish schedules to support effective execution and field communication. Monitor construction progress, perform site visits Procurement efforts including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and material tracking. Project closeout processes including punch lists, warranties, and client handoff documentation. Promote a collaborative team environment and uphold high standards of safety, quality, and professionalism. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in commercial construction or corporate interiors Familiarity with tenant improvement (TI), open office renovations, and high-end interior build-outs. Proficient in construction management tools including Bluebeam, Prolog, Civil 3D, HeavyBid , or similar platforms. Excellent communication and coordination skills across diverse project stakeholders. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
