Job Description Provide executive oversight for multiple civil infrastructure projects and project teams. Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Engineers, and Operations staff. Serve as the primary executive liaison for clients, partners, and key stakeholders. Drive project performance across safety, quality, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction. Support teams in resolving complex operational, contractual, and project challenges. Monitor portfolio financials, risk management, resource planning, and forecasting. Champion operational excellence, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Executive should have: 15+ years of progressive construction management experience. 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple projects and project teams. Proven track record managing large-scale commercial construction projects and client relationships. Strong leadership, coaching, team-building, and organizational development skills. Demonstrated success managing project financial performance, risk, and operational execution. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities. Strong business acumen with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Experience leading multiple Project Managers and operational teams within a commercial construction environment. What's on Offer Base Salary up to 180k Annual Bonus Target up to 10% base salary
