You will lead cross-functional teams, manage resources, and implement best practices in project management methodologies. What you'll do Lead project planning sessions to define scope, objectives, and deliverables Utilize project management software to track progress and manage tasks. Conduct thorough requirements gathering and analysis to ensure project specifications meet business needs. Implement change management processes to adapt to evolving project requirements seamlessly. Oversee budgeting and cost control measures to maximize resource efficiency. Drive quality management initiatives throughout the project lifecycle to maintain high standards. Foster a collaborative team environment through effective conflict management and team leadership. Scheduling/Managing crews Ensuring all supplies and tools are prepared for each project Basic qualifications Proven experience in project management with a strong understanding of the project management lifecycle. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft suite (Word, excel etc) Preferred qualifications Proficiency in data analysis skills for informed decision-making. Familiarity with program development and design principles.
