Position Summary We're seeking a talented and energetic Project Manager to join our Baltimore, MD team. In this role, you'll plan, manage, and direct assigned fire sprinkler construction projects while supporting project completion, client satisfaction, effective communication, and successful financial outcomes. This is a field-focused project management role supporting fire sprinkler construction projects in the Baltimore, MD region. What You'll Be Doing Plan, manage, and direct assigned construction projects from start through completion. Attend on-site project meetings and coordinate project communication with customers, general contractors, owners, subcontractors, and internal departments. Review construction contract documents and gather required information for design scope and shop drawing preparation. Determine project schedules and help ensure work is completed according to project timelines. Expedite information requests, manage change estimates and change orders, and help ensure items are resolved in a timely manner. Provide billing breakdowns for AIA billing, bill jobs monthly, and generate project monthly reports with open change orders. Manage punch lists, closeout documents, certifications, warranties, and as-built or record document procurement. Support sales with estimating, attend customer and company events, participate in industry organizations, and monitor market trends and competitor capabilities. What We're Looking For Required Mechanical aptitude required. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required. PC skills, including Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office. Superior communication, organization, relationship-building, networking, and teamwork skills. Must be willing to travel locally and regionally and work with cross-functional teams. Must be able to successfully complete any required background check, drug screening, or company compliance requirements. Preferred Five years of fire protection and/or project management experience preferred. Four-year college degree preferred. Creative and innovative thinking with the ability to manage cross-functional teams preferred. Experience reviewing construction contract documents, shop drawings, project reports, change orders, billing documentation, plans, or customer needs preferred.
