We are seeking an experienced Senior Management Analyst to provide high-level analytical, operational, and managerial support for complex programs. This position will support organizational effectiveness, program evaluation, process improvement, resource management, and strategic decision-making while helping ensure mission-focused performance and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience working in complex operational environments, and the ability to communicate findings and recommendations effectively to senior leadership. Experience supporting U.S. Navy programs or operations is strongly desired. Responsibilities Analyze and evaluate management processes, organizational structures, resource utilization, and operational practices to identify opportunities for improvement. Develop recommendations and practical solutions to enhance management effectiveness, organizational performance, and operational efficiency. Develop, track, and report program and project milestones, metrics, and performance indicators in support of Command-level mission requirements. Provide analytical and management support in areas such as logistics, budgeting, finance, quality assurance, resource management, and general management operations. Conduct work measurement studies, efficiency reviews, cost analyses, workload assessments, and other analytical studies to support organizational and programmatic decision-making. Utilize automated management information systems to conduct fact-finding, perform analysis, monitor performance, and prepare reports. Collect, analyze, and interpret information from multiple sources to identify trends, issues, risks, and opportunities. Prepare and present findings, reports, briefings, and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders. Plan and facilitate working groups, team meetings, organizational problem-solving sessions, and other collaborative activities. Lead customized workshops, management roundtables, training sessions, and other organizational development activities. Collaborate with program and organizational leadership to identify challenges, develop solutions, and support implementation of recommended improvements. Provide ongoing analytical support to assist leadership with informed, data-driven decision-making. Qualifications Master's degree in a related field is preferred. A bachelor's degree (BA/BS) may be substituted with an additional five (5) years of relevant professional experience. Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experienc e in engineering or science management, operations research analysis, financial/cost analysis, or a related field. Significant experience supporting U.S. Navy programs or operations is strongly desired. Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex information and translate findings into actionable recommendations. Excellent written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, facilitate discussions, and work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. Experience developing reports, briefings, metrics, and other materials for senior leadership. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a complex operational environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with program evaluation, organizational effectiveness, process improvement, workload analysis, or management consulting.
