We are looking for an experienced Regional Project Manager to oversee residential home improvement projects across multiple Thompson Creek markets. This role is responsible for the full project lifecycle including technical measuring, installation oversight, quality control, customer communication, and final project completion. This is a high-impact field leadership role for someone who thrives in residential construction, takes pride in precision, and knows how to create an exceptional customer experience. What You'll Do Manage residential replacement projects from pre-construction through final completion Perform detailed technical measurements for windows, doors, gutters, siding, roofing, and combination projects Review contracts and job specifications for accuracy before installation Oversee installation quality and ensure work meets Thompson Creek standards Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle Resolve customer concerns and field issues quickly and professionally Coordinate documentation, permits, final paperwork, and payment collection Maintain accurate project records using company systems and iPad-based tools Support service appointments and ensure projects are completed right the first time Travel to other Thompson Creek markets approximately 50% of the time to support installation volume and provide team coverage Travel & Support This role includes overnight travel to other Thompson Creek markets as business needs require. When traveling, Thompson Creek provides: Company-arranged hotel accommodations Daily meal allowance Company vehicle Gas card What You Bring 8+ years of experience in residential construction, home improvement, or project management Strong experience with technical measuring and installation oversight Ability to manage multiple active projects with minimal supervision Excellent customer communication and conflict resolution skills Experience reviewing contracts, specifications, and job scope details Comfortable working in the field and traveling regionally Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Valid driver's license with clean driving record Preferred Experience Replacement windows Roofing Siding Exterior doors High-volume residential remodeling environments SAP or similar project management systems Why Thompson Creek?
