Experience Required:
Over 5 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description.
Functional Description:
Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives, performing comprehensive management, technical, and business case analyses Analyzes and tracks program requirements, status, budgets, and schedules to ensure alignment with milestones. Collects, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft, weapon, or project acquisition and product programs. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management. Participates actively in IPT meetings, with the capability to complete status briefs, draft official memos, and handle high-level correspondence. Supports the IPT by scheduling, organizing meetings, and managing essential program data. Assists in the development of Statements of Work (SOWs) and generates Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) within the
AMS CDRL
Tool Manages procurement in PMT and develops, manages, and creates Procurement Initiation Documents (PIDs) and PID packages Coordinates and prepares actions required by Procurement Planning Conferences (PPCs) and manages the routing and tracking of Planning Agreements. Inputs, tracks, and reports on PMT actions, milestones, and program status. Develops and coordinates program documentation, required acquisition documents, and program budget/resource plans. Assists in creating and updating spend plans using CSPT and Resource Management Tools (RMTs), facilitating spend plan tracking and ensuring alignment between SPID entries and the IPT strategy.

Salary:
The projected salary range for this position is $80,000-$110,000; however, this is not a guarantee of salary. Salary will be set based on experience and contractual requirements.
