Installing home standby power systems is not a simple scheduling exercise, it requires strong operational execution, permitting expertise, customer communication, utility coordination, and attention to detail at every stage. We're looking for an experienced Senior Install & Project Coordinator who understands the moving parts of regulated home service projects and can confidently drive projects from contract through completion. A Quick Snapshot of the Role A typical week might include: Managing multiple active generator installation projects at different lifecycle stages Working directly with counties and municipalities to secure permits and inspections Coordinating gas, propane, electrical, and utility approvals required for installation Resolving customer concerns and keeping projects moving forward professionally Supporting scheduling and dispatch decisions to maximize field efficiency Partnering with leadership to identify operational improvements and bottlenecks

What You'll Be Responsible For:

• Own generator and electrical project execution from contract handoff through final completion Coordinate permitting, inspections, utility approvals, and documentation across multiple jurisdictions Work directly with local and state municipalities to ensure timely permit approvals Coordinate gas, propane, utility, and electric service tie-in documentation and approvals Manage project scheduling across field teams, customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders Track project milestones, documentation, payments, and internal workflow progression Proactively communicate with customers regarding timelines, expectations, approvals, and next steps Resolve project issues quickly to prevent delays and maintain customer confidence Support dispatch board accuracy and field readiness planning Assist sales team with operational follow-up and lifecycle handoff support Identify process gaps and recommend improvements that increase speed, consistency, and customer experience What "Great" Looks Like This role is built for someone who doesn't just coordinate tasks, you drive outcomes.

• You naturally look for better ways to execute What You Bring 1-4+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, operations coordination, or service execution Strong organizational and time management skills High level of professionalism and communication ability Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities Strong systems comfort and administrative accuracy Direct experience in one or more of the following: Residential electrical services Generator installation operations HVAC Plumbing Solar Home improvement / remodeling Construction project coordination Utility or permitting-intensive service industries Strong preference for candidates with: Direct county / municipal permitting experience Utility coordination experience Experience managing full customer lifecycle project execution Experience supporting regulated residential service projects Experience coordinating subcontractors or field service teams Experience balancing customer communication with operational execution

Preferred Qualifications:
