Job Title:
Project Manager Job Description We are seeking a Project Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow within a smaller group that handles substantial projects in partnership with Belt Built. The ideal candidate is someone who is not afraid to venture into the field occasionally and is committed to advancing their career within the company. Responsibilities Assist with submittals and Requests for Information (RFI). Learn and complete daily reports. Manage 2-3 projects simultaneously with values ranging from $1M to $10M. Essential Skills Project management and construction management expertise. Knowledge of change orders, project coordination, and construction documentation. Experience in federal construction and RFI knowledge. Ability to train and mentor others. Strong communication skills. Minimum 5-10 years of construction management experience, preferably on federal government projects. Technologically proficient, especially in cloud-based environments. Additional Skills & Qualifications Degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred. Experience in engineering, electrical design, fit-out, and renovation projects. Construction programming/software experience is advantageous. Must have estimation experience using Accubid. Proficiency in using Procure and Bluebeam for project management tasks. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Millersville, MD. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $57.69 - $72.11/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
