Your new company: A premier general contractor specializing in high-end custom residential projects is seeking a Construction Manager to lead luxury custom home projects across Washington DC. From elegant single-family estates to upscale townhomes and boutique apartment residences, If you're passionate about delivering exceptional homes and thrive in a detail-driven, client-focused environment, we want to hear from you. What you'll need to succeed: 6+ years of experience managing luxury residential construction projects-single-family homes, townhomes, or apartments as a Construction Manager. Strong background in high-end finishes, custom detailing, and working closely with architects, designers, and discerning clients. Ability to lead projects from pre-construction through final handover, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline goals are met. Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. Must live locally to Washington DC-this is a 5-day on-site role, with active jobsite presence required Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
