The company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its Washington, DC team. This is an ideal opportunity for a construction professional who has successfully managed ground-up commercial or multifamily projects and is ready to take the next step in their career. The role will provide the opportunity to manage complex urban construction projects from preconstruction through completion while working closely with company leadership and a highly experienced project team. Current and upcoming work includes ground-up multifamily and commercial construction, adaptive reuse, historic restoration, and office-to-residential conversion projects throughout the DC market. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of assigned construction projects from preconstruction through final completion. Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and overall execution. Manage project financials, including budgets, cost controls, forecasting, change orders, and financial reporting. Coordinate effectively with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams. Lead project meetings and maintain clear, consistent communication with all stakeholders. Review drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, schedules, and other project documentation. Work closely with the Superintendent and field team to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Identify potential project issues early and develop effective solutions. Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships and hold project partners accountable
