These responsibilities/functions may include but are not limited to the following: Assist Project Managers in managing ATM installation, replacement, removal, and upgrade projects. Coordinate project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and project meetings. Track project status and communicate updates to internal teams, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel. Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and project files. Conduct and review site surveys for ATM installations and removals. Review drawings, site plans, construction documents, and specifications. Verify field conditions and identify potential project challenges. Assist with project takeoffs, estimating, budgeting, procurement, purchase orders, permits, and subcontractor management. Coordinate schedules with banking clients and contractors. Serve as a point of contact for customers, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Assist with RFIs, submittals, change orders, billing, invoicing, pay applications, lien waivers, and project closeout documentation. Support project quality control and quality assurance efforts. Ensure compliance with customer requirements and company standards. Promote safe work practices and adherence to OSHA requirements.Required Competencies/Skills:
Strong organizational and time management skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to take initiative and accept responsibility for assigned tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams. Ability to learn company software and project management systems. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for site visits as needed. Two years of experience in project coordination, construction, facilities management, banking services, or a related field preferred. Experience in ATM deployments, banking equipment, low-voltage construction, security systems, or commercial construction preferred. Experience reading construction drawings and specifications preferred. OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain preferred. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred. Why Join RW Dake Construction?
