Project Manager:

Lead projects from conceptual planning and preconstruction through final closeout. Participate in budgeting, estimating, and preconstruction planning efforts. Coordinate bidding activities, subcontractor procurement, and contract negotiations. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate closely with estimating, field, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery. Conduct constructability reviews and develop trade scopes. Manage permitting processes and utility coordination. Develop and maintain project schedules utilizing Primavera P6. Monitor project budgets, cash flow, and overall financial performance. Oversee subcontractor performance and maintain project quality standards. Ensure project milestones, safety requirements, and client expectations are achieved. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager should have: 5-10 years of experience in construction project management. Experience leading at least two projects in a Project Manager capacity. Proven success managing projects valued at $10M+, with preference for experience on projects ranging from $40M-$70M. Strong leadership experience managing project teams and field personnel. Expertise in CPM scheduling, contract administration, budget oversight, and cash flow management. Experience working on occupied renovations and active campus facilities is highly preferred. Preconstruction experience is a plus. Proficiency with Primavera P6, Autodesk products, PlanGrid, and Submittal Exchange. Strong communication, client management, and organizational skills.
