Salary range:

Job requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent experience) Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical construction project management In-depth understanding of mechanical systems and construction methods Strong grasp of project documentation: RFIs, submittals, change orders, billing Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical designs Familiarity with Procore, MS Project, or similar project management software Solid knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and contract management Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills Willingness to travel to job sites throughout the region PMP certification (preferred but not required) Foundation software experience (a plus but not mandatory) Temp Air Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
