The ideal candidate will have experience working on large, fast-paced projects involving multiple subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and stakeholders. Hospitality, casino, renovation, and occupied-facility construction experience is preferred. This is a full-time, daily onsite position and is not remote or hybrid. Responsibilities Support Project Managers and Superintendents with day-to-day project coordination and administration. Coordinate project schedules, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal team members. Assist with preparation, tracking, and processing of subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, and other project agreements. Track RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, material approvals, procurement, and long-lead items. Monitor project schedules, milestones, outstanding items, and required follow-up. Coordinate subcontractor onboarding, insurance requirements, W-9s, and other required documentation. Communicate with subcontractors and vendors regarding project requirements, deadlines, and deliverables. Support preparation and review of pay applications, Schedule of Values, change documentation, and supporting records. Maintain project logs and trackers and follow up on outstanding action items. Assist with meeting preparation, meeting minutes, and distribution of project information. Coordinate with field and office teams to ensure accurate and timely communication. Assist with project closeout, including warranties, O&M manuals, attic stock, as-builts, inspections, lien releases, and other required documentation. Maintain organized and accurate project records throughout the life of the project. Perform additional project coordination duties as required. Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of construction project coordination or project administration experience , preferably on complex commercial projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes and documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, pay applications, and closeout. Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and concurrent projects. Strong organizational, communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, SharePoint, BuildingConnected, or similar construction management platforms preferred. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and clients. Location Requirement Candidate must currently reside in, or be within reliable commuting distance from Oxon Hill, MD, or be willing to relocate.
