Job Description
Position Summary The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and managing ARCHIBUS-related projects, asset, maintenance, space management, and workplace management systems. This position oversees project execution, schedule performance, budget management, stakeholder communications, risk mitigation, and delivery of contract requirements utilizing Agile-Kanban methodologies. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of

implementation, enhancement, and maintenance projects. Manage project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and resource allocations. Coordinate requirements gathering, solution design, testing, implementation, and deployment activities. Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, and stakeholder communications. Develop and maintain project documentation, implementation plans, risk registers, and status reports. Ensure compliance with contract requirements, quality standards, and performance objectives. Support leadership with strategic planning, roadmap development, and project prioritization. Oversee Agile-Kanban project execution and release management activities. Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans. Coordinate activities among technical teams, system administrators, business users, and government stakeholders. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field. 3-7 years of project management experience supporting federal IT systems. Experience managing enterprise software implementation and modernization projects. Experience with Agile, Kanban, or other iterative development methodologies. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), requirements management, and systems implementation. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications PMP Certification. Experience supporting NOAA or other Federal agencies. ARCHIBUS
