Project Manager E Logic Silver Spring, MD Job Details Full-time From $90,000 a year 12 hours ago Qualifications Bachelor's degree Full Job Description E-Logic is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the contract compliance, budget control, schedule adherence, and resource allocation for a high-profile National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) - Office of the Chief Administrative Officer (OCAO) enterprise infrastructure modernization project. This critical role requires coordinating remote consultant teams and managing technical deliverables under an Agile-Kanban framework to successfully support over 700 facility site locations nationwide.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Conduct everyday contract management activities, maintaining strict budget control and meticulous schedule compliance for all task orders. Facilitate and support the Agile-Kanban development methodology, managing iterative software releases to ensure system improvements are deployed quickly and efficiently. Oversee quality assurance activities in alignment with the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP). Ensure all complex programmatic deliverables (including Solution Design and Implementation reports) are delivered flawlessly to the COR. Author and submit comprehensive Monthly Progress Reports detailing completed tasks, milestones, potential risks, and a crucial six-month look-ahead. Track precise financial health, including hours worked per individual, billing to date, and remaining funds. Organize, supervise, and direct a remote contractor workforce, ensuring proper provisioning of security clearances and Common Access Cards (CAC).
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Minimum of 25 years of extensive, specialized experience within the required area of expertise.
