Job Description Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, and client communications. Lead interior renovation and buildout projects typically ranging from $1M-$2M. Oversee construction activities within occupied and secure facilities. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. Manage subcontractors, vendors, project documentation, and stakeholder expectations. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve challenges. Provide regular project updates and reporting to leadership. Partner with field teams to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager should have: 6+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction. Proven ability to independently run projects from start to finish. Experience managing commercial interior construction projects in fast-paced environments. Track record managing projects in the $1M-$2M range. Strong scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, and client-facing skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Experience with government, SCIF, secure, or mission-critical projects is highly preferred What's on Offer Competitive base salary between $108,000 and $132,000. Annual bonus potential up to 20%.
