Job Summary As a Project Manager , you'll be the key link between our clients, painting crews, and company leadership. You'll oversee each phase of residential painting projects—from initial planning to final walk-through—ensuring quality work, customer satisfaction, and timely completion. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage multiple residential painting projects simultaneously Coordinate schedules for crews and subcontractors Communicate directly with clients to set expectations and provide updates Conduct job site visits before, during, and after projects Ensure jobs stay on schedule, on budget, and up to company standards Resolve issues quickly and professionally as they arise Order and manage materials as needed Conduct final quality checks and walk-throughs with clients Maintain detailed project documentation Qualifications 2+ years of experience in residential painting or construction project management Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Working knowledge of painting practices, tools, and materials is a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation What We Offer Competitive pay Paid time off and holidays Mileage reimbursement Tools and tech provided Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive, team-oriented company culture
