We are seeking to add a Project Manager - Custom Home Building to our team! Job Description Responsibiliteis for the Project Manager - Custom Home Building Experience building multimillion dollar fully custom single family homes Coordinate and manage all phases of custom home building projects, from pre-construction to completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones. Collaborate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to align project goals and objectives. Oversee budgeting and cost management to ensure projects remain within financial parameters. Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and local regulations. Maintain strong communication with clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly. Identify and resolve project-related challenges efficiently to avoid delays. Conduct post-project evaluations to ensure client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager - Custom Home Building should have: Proven experience in custom home building or residential construction management. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, teams, and subcontractors. Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices. Problem-solving skills to address challenges and ensure project success. Proficiency in project management software and tools is a plus.
