Job Description Responsibiliteis for the Project Manager - Custom Home Building Experience building multimillion dollar fully custom single family homes Coordinate and manage all phases of custom home building projects, from pre-construction to completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones. Collaborate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to align project goals and objectives. Oversee budgeting and cost management to ensure projects remain within financial parameters. Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and local regulations.
