Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex infrastructure construction projects. In this role, you will oversee all phases of project execution, from planning through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise in construction management software, scheduling, and team leadership will drive project success and client satisfaction. Duties Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Manage construction schedules coordination to ensure timely progression of all project phases. Oversee construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Lead project teams by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and fostering effective communication. Review construction plans, schematics, and blueprints to verify accuracy and adherence to project specifications. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve issues promptly. Monitor project costs through construction budget management and cost control strategies. Requirements Proven experience . Extensive knowledge of construction scheduling, project coordination, and site safety regulations. Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced construction environment. Strong understanding of construction regulatory compliance, contracts, and blueprint reading. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently. Construction site experience coupled with expertise in managing budgets and schedules for projects.
