Completes both new construction and renovation projects, with project values reaching up to approximately $20M. Known for managing complex, multi-faceted projects with a focus on schedule adherence, budget management, and client service. Job Description The Project Manager - Commercial & Multifamily - Portland will: Plan and oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Collaborate with stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met. Monitor progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders. Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships effectively. Lead and motivate project teams to achieve goals efficiently.
