CWS is looking to add a full-time Licensed Architect/Project Manager to our team. We are a social group that works in an open, highly collaborative design environment. The successful candidate will be well rounded in all facets of developing, managing, and documenting architectural design projects. We are seeking someone who is detail oriented and has strong document production expertise, coordination skills, and project management experience. This position requires a minimum of three days per week of in-office work.Requirements and Responsibilities:
Have a minimum 10 years experience in a professional Architecture firm Demonstrate proficiency in both AutoCAD and Revit (work samples required) Be adept at producing and coordinating construction documents, including specifications writing, independently and with a team Have a thorough understanding of building codes Be able to work with small and large teams or independently to coordinate construction documents Be adept at conducting submittal reviews and field visits during construction Be comfortable representing the firm with both established and potential clients/consultants Strong ability to manage positive client relationships, project budgets and schedules Your Compensation & Benefits withCWS:
