Who We Are Waterfront Property Management & Builders, Inc., remodels and builds homes across Northern Michigan — from Mackinaw to Charlevoix — with one clear promise: "We do what we say we will." Our clients hire us because they want it done right the first time, and we deliver through consistency, professionalism, and follow-through. The Role Oversee multiple residential remodeling projects from start to finish Manage schedules, budgets, and production timelines Lead Crew Leaders and hold them accountable to standards Communicate clearly with clients throughout the project Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and inspections Track job costing and protect company profit What Success Looks Like Projects finish on schedule Labor and material budgets are protected Crew Leaders perform at a high level Clients feel informed and confident Problems are identified early and solved proactively Company standards are upheld on every site What We're Looking For 5+ years experience in construction or remodeling management Strong leadership and decision-making ability Financial awareness and job costing knowledge Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects without losing detail The Waterfront Standard At Waterfront, planning beats reacting.
