Are you a student who is pursuing a career in project management? If so, this position will give you hands on experience and will allow you to gain further knowledge in the field.Position Requirements:
- Must be able to work independently
- Must have extensive knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Illustrator, reading construction documents, construction processes, architectural graphics, and field measurements
- As an individual who is responsible for driving on behalf of the university, a driving record check will be run pursuant to university policies.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist and perform highly skilled duties associated with the Project Management Department
- Assist with developing project scopes
- Prepare bid packages
- Research materials and methods
- Preparing cost estimates, drawings, and specifications
- Implementing and scheduling assigned projects and performing construction management
- Performs job duties with the use of a university vehicle
