The ideal candidate is meticulous, trailblazing, detail-focused, and adept at direct client interactions across luxury home projects within Birmingham, Bloomfield, and the greater Metro Detroit area. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee upscale residential construction initiatives from commencement to final handover
• Develop and maintain project timelines, milestone mappings, and short-term forecasts
• Liaise with subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, inspectors, and internal staff
• Monitor project finances, including budgets, costs, variations, allowances, and overall financial health
• Manage communications with clients, architects, designers, and partners throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure onsite activities are conducted efficiently, safely, and align with company standards
• Examine blueprints, specifications, scopes, and field conditions to preemptively identify any issues
• Address onsite challenges promptly, ensuring projects proceed with urgency and courtesy
