The Project Manager salary range is $70,000-$85,000, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:

• Act as liaison with Customer
• Responsible for all communications between subcontractors and customer
• Responsible for all submittals and transmittals from VDS and subcontractors to customer
• Conduct initial reviews of contract specifications with estimator
• Make site trips to confirm field measurements and/or site conditions and attend progress meetings
• Assure that all personnel contributing to the project are aware of customer requirements
• Manage projects from award through closeout
• Work with customer and subcontractors to create and adhere to project schedules
• Prepare quality plans for unique project requirements for the company and for subcontractors
• Manage the RFI process
• Establish project-specific quality plans
• Establish site-specific sequencing, erection, and safety plans with erectors

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in the structural steel fabrication/erection industry, or Project Management experience in another construction-related industry
• Proficient with architectural/structural blueprint reading and steel shop drawings
• SDS2 or other similar 3D modeling software experience preferred
• PROCORE software knowledge preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong negotiation and relationship-management ability across customers, subcontractors, and erectors
