Job Description

FacilityRX Services Inc. is now offering a position for a detail-oriented Facility Maintenance Coordinator. This role assumes primary responsibility for the coordination and execution of routine preventive maintenance programs across the designated region. The Facility Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for scheduling services with vendors, internal departments, and Customer's Team to ensure all work orders are managed within established KPIs. The coordinator also is responsible for managing the budget for their designated maintenance programs. Develop strategies to improve the overall efficiency of preventive maintenance programs, occasionally respond to breakdowns and emergency calls, and oversee time-critical repairs. Planning and execution audits, vendor compliance, routine maintenance and improvement programs for facility and equipment. The coordinator will partner with the Customer's Team to work together to manage the customers' properties, budget, and Customer experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate multiple facility management projects, including maintenance, repairs, renovations, and installations serving as a liaison between clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams. Schedule and track project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met • Review project scopes, proposals, and work orders for accuracy and completeness to identify and escalate risks, delays, or scope changes • Assist in vendor selection, onboarding, performance tracking, and updating required documentation Maintain project documentation, monitor project budgets, track expenses, and support cost control efforts Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards Investigate, develop and implement projects, processes or activities to reduce or contain costs, increase quality levels and meet standards Foster a positive work environment with associates and customers. Develop and maintain a positive relationship with the client that supports open dialogue Promote commitment to environmental health and safety by adhering to safety practices, investigating concerns and making recommendations
Qualifications:
High school diploma or higher education is mandatory • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, facility management, or a similar role is not required but beneficial Strong organizational skills, able to effectively coordinate multiple tasks, understand urgency, disciplined and focused Sourcing and selecting qualified vendors Ability to read and comprehend instructions including, but not limited to, safety policies and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
