Description The Business Administration Manager ensures seamless order fulfillment, accurate financial management, and an optimized customer journey by effectively managing ERP and CRM systems. By coordinating inventory, payments, and operational workflows, this role drives efficiency, enhances customer satisfaction, and supports informed decision-making through clear communication and reporting. This role functions as the right hand to the Production Manager supporting bath remodel operations. The individual is responsible for coordinating incoming jobs, scheduling installations, and overseeing execution timelines. It is primarily a back-office position focused on managing schedules and ensuring smooth installation processes.

Key responsibilities include:

Tracking accounts receivable and following up with customers regarding payments Maintaining regular customer interaction and communication throughout projects Creating a workbook for each project, including documentation and job details Assisting with ordering materials and preparing pick lists for installations Skills Production support, customer support, administrator support, back office duties, inventory management, process improvement, construction, construction management Top Skills Details Production support,customer support,administrator support,back office duties,inventory management,process improvement Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Able to effectively relate and communicate with all levels of employees and clients.
• Knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources)

• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
• Experience using ERP and CRM systems (Salesforce Lightning preferred)
• Inventory management skills

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
