Prior HVAC&R project management experience / knowledge is a plus, but we welcome candidates who possess a history of strong leadership in the field.

Responsibilities:

Assist with design and estimating of projects. Equipment selections. Conduct meetings with Seaman's Account Managers, Installation Leadsmen, GC's and customers. Coordinate with General Contractors, Subcontractors, and others. Prepare and follow up on construction / installation schedules. Ensure projects are kept on schedule and completed within budget. Stay up to date with market changes, industry conditions, and new technology. Continuously improve your skills through ongoing learning and development.
