Job Description:
The Supply Chain Program Analyst supports the planning, execution, and launch of new vehicle programs by coordinating supply chain activities across procurement, engineering, suppliers, manufacturing, logistics, and program management teams. The role focuses on ensuring parts availability, tracking supplier and launch performance, managing KPIs, and driving successful vehicle launches on time, within budget, and at the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Support new vehicle program launches and supply chain project management activities. Track and analyze KPIs related to sourcing, supplier tooling, part readiness, industrialization, and launch performance. Manage prototype and pre-production part availability. Provide reporting, data analysis, and coordination across supply chain teams. Identify risks, resolve issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with procurement, engineering, supplier quality, manufacturing, logistics, and PMO teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
1-2+ years of experience in supply chain, program management, automotive, manufacturing, or related fields. Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, business, finance, or a technical discipline. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, adapt quickly, and work independently. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Experience with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, ERP systems (SAP), Tableau, and Smartsheet.
