The Project Coordinator will work to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. The role will work cross functionally to manage project outcomes. The Project Coordinator will manage all stakeholder requirements. This is a full-time afternoon shift, Monday through Friday, from 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

As a Project Coordinator, you will:

Assist with planning, scheduling, and coordinating office and shop activity and relay customerexpectationsAssist in developing and executing small project plansComplete milestones on time and within budget, work with the cross-functional team toensure deliverablesReview data from customers, suppliers, and create reportsCoordinate assignments for subcontractors and monitor performance of vendorsSupporting management of material for launch and productionPerform other duties and responsibilities as assignedAs a Project Coordinator, you will need:

High school diploma or equivalentNo experience requiredMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer sponsorship Detail oriented, effective written and verbal communication skillsGood customer service skills, reliable attendance and ability to work overtimeAbility to follow directions, learn new skills and technologies, multi-task in a fast-pacedwork environmentAbility to compile lessons learned for continuous quality developmentBasic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)A successful candidate may also have: Advanced computer skills with a focus on Microsoft ExcelAbility to work overtime as needed including weekendsPrior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plusOur full-time benefits include: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, earned sick time, STD, LTD, 401K, tuition reimbursement, employee referral bonuses, paid vacation, paid holidays.
