McGuirk Sand & Gravel is seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our growing excavating team. This role is critical in bridging the gap between our office operations and field crews, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary link between office staff and field personnel Plan, coordinate, and oversee excavation and civil construction projects Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation Communicate effectively with crews, subcontractors, and management Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards Troubleshoot issues in real time to keep projects on track Daily Field Reports Daily Ticket Review Asst to the

Lead Estimator Qualifications:

Proven experience in project management (construction or related field preferred) Strong understanding of civil construction and excavation processes Field experience is highly preferred—you should be comfortable working alongside crews and understanding on-site challenges Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
