Job Description

Project Coordinator:

Our responsive and sensitive approach to disaster recovery enables Anytime Restoration to deliver high quality services that are tailored toward the individual needs of every customer. From homeowners and small businesses to large corporations and major catastrophes, our project management solutions make Anytime Restoration market leaders in the restoration industry. We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator in our construction department. The Project Coordinator organizes on-going projects including: maintaining project documentation, creating and updating CRM and Google Drive files, updating project financial records, maintain TPA and customer communications, scheduling staff, monitoring project plans, schedules and budgets. Ensures project deadlines are met in a timely manner.
Daily duties include:
Scheduling project managers and estimators Assigning projects to staff Creating and maintaining Google Drive and CRM files Manage TPA compliance and communication Updating project financial records Monitor job flow Organizing sub-contractors as needed on job site Order vendors as needed for job site Manage customer communication Manage job site issues Audit file Upload Work Authorization and Photos Upload COS Manage Google Drive Manages XA Manages PSA Issue work orders for vendors Other duties as required Qualifications 3 years of relevant office experience (preferred) 1 year of relevant construction experience (preferred) Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills (required) Competent in Microsoft office and Google applications (required)
