We're looking for a Project Manager Assistant who's ready to be part of something bigger—someone who takes pride in their work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to help continue move our legacy forward. What You'll Do Assist the Project Manager to achieve project-specific goals and expectations in alignment with the Project Management Manual Complete and track all project-specific submittals Log, maintain, and route project documentation accurately and efficiently Maintain organized and up-to-date project folders Process material requisitions using JobBoss Prepare job releases and all required supporting documentation Support additional project and administrative tasks as assigned What You Bring 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical support role (required) Strong multitasking and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Ability to work both independently and collaboratively High School Diploma or GED (required); college coursework is a plus Experience reading and interpreting blueprints (preferred) Familiarity with raw material nesting software (a plus) Why Moran Iron Works?
