Monday - Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM This is not a sit-behind-a-desk coordinator role. We need someone who is comfortable being in the plant, tracking real work, following up with teams, and keeping programs moving. If they can stay organized in a fast-paced environment and communicate clearly, they will do well here. Overview We are seeking a hands-on Project Coordinator to support integration and installation programs within an automotive automation environment. This role sits between program management, the manufacturing floor, and cross-functional teams, helping keep projects on track, organized, and moving forward. This is a strong opportunity for someone early in their career who wants exposure to program execution, manufacturing operations, and customer-facing project support. Key Responsibilities Support Program Managers with daily execution of active programs Track project timelines, deliverables, and open issues across multiple sites Maintain and update project documentation including: Timing plans Risk and escalation tracking Issue resolution logs Prepare and distribute meeting notes, action items, and status updates Build and maintain tool tracking matrices for fabrication and delivery timelines Provide clear updates to internal teams and customers on program status Assist with presentation materials for customer reviews and program updates Support light shop-floor coordination and assembly activities as needed Qualifications 1 to 3 years of experience in a professional or manufacturing environment High School Diploma or GED required; technical training or degree preferred Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, tracking tools) Exposure to program management, automation, tooling, or assembly environments is preferred Knowledge of welding processes is a plus Skills & Traits Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong communication and follow-through Comfortable working with minimal supervision Able to manage multiple priorities and shifting timelines Problem-solving mindset with the ability to stay ahead of issues Work Environment & Schedule On-site role supporting multiple Paslin facilities (Hoover, 10 Mile, Cherry Creek) Must be flexible to work at any of the locations as needed Typical schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm Occasional early mornings, late hours, or weekends based on project needs Physical Requirements Regular standing, walking, bending, and movement on the shop floor
