From single machine moves to large-scale plant relocations, we excel in managing complex projects under the most demanding conditions. Our expertise, commitment to innovation, and unwavering focus on quality and safety have earned us a reputation as industry leaders in machinery moving and industrial solutions! Key Responsibilities Create a comprehensive project plan that comprises the project's cost, timeline and risks, and determine the expected dates of project milestones and the activities involved in each. Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget. Collaborates and works with engineers, architects, and other personnel related to the project. Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes. Issue progress updates as needed regarding costs and timeline through the lifetime of the project. Obtain necessary permits, approvals, and other regulatory requirements. Provide direction over contracts and subcontracts. Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in a related role. Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and presentation skills. Experience in coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets is preferred. Professional certification such as PMP is preferred.
