The Role:

Serve as the single point of contact for clients throughout the life of the project Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout Develop and maintain aggressive, complex project schedules Coordinate closely with estimators, self-perform trades, and field staff Own the budget, contracts, and change order process for your projects Support constructability reviews and technical problem-solving on complex projects Build long-term client relationships that extend beyond project completion
