Full Job Description Schedule:

Monday-Thursday 7:00am-3:30pm- Friday 6:00am-2:30pm

Job Summary:

The purpose of this position is to lead individuals, multi-disciplined structural steel project solutions for clients, with direct accountability for your project delivery.

Responsibilities:

Manage all facts of the project management ( Budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and rick) for individual projects including planning, design, construction, and closeout. Demonstrates capability to read, understand and apply standard documents affecting projects, including but not limited to: agreements/contracts, work letters, project charters, surveys and drawings Interfaces directly with clients to define project requirements. Prepares scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate and budget, work plan schedule and milestones, quality control and risk identification. Identifies project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists; Conducts simple request for proposals; completes bid analysis with management support. Recommends resources to clients. Lead project delivery resources/team( typically smaller team) providing project guidance and direction to achieve project goals.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience :

Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS/BEng/BArch) from college or equivalent related experience Prior Project Management experience is preferred

Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.

Financial Knowledge:

Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/ or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.

Other Skills and Abilities:

Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to read and understand architectural drawings. Knowledge of contracts and construction practices preferred.

$100,000.00 per year
